First; she's 3 years younger than Maya; and has a completely different physique. She is Japanese while Maya is Laotian. She is also a Magical Girl and is surprisingly powerful for her age. She does not live in Nevada or anywhere near; she's on the other side of the planet dealing with her own life. You can see her hair is much longer although both are black-haired. Her build is also far more petite, even as she ages she will look that way. I can't even show you a naked pic of her for the same reason I wouldn't show Medea.
There are two sides to Akemi-chan; as she makes everyone call her; even civilians. First; she pretends to be a victim that just has the most awful things happening to her all the time. Poor girl can't ever catch a break. She is constantly defeated despite her supposed prowess, and often ends up without her uniform in a crater, thoroughly defeated with people filming her completely bare; and she gets off on it while pretending to be unconscious. Her identity as an MG has been leaked for a while now; so people know what school she goes to, and has - by her own making - people bully her and taunt her about her public nude appearances. She stoically tolerates some incredible abuse.
Of course Japan doesn't have something as outrageous as Yoko TV (Or do they??) so she has that much going for her, not that she's grateful for it.
The other side Akemi has is being a complete pervert inside the Great Soul. Her avatar is her actual, real body; completely nude when acceptable or as close as she can get to it. She lets people enter to see her profile with her nudes willy-nilly and she visits very questionable places, like Mistress Luisa's Discipline Corner, to name one.
She's a full-fledged exhibitionist; she feels shame but loves feeling it. The things Akemi does for fun would make Maya pale and faint... then maybe aspire to do them someday.
