>>3019900Sometimes I wonder how americans cannot take just 30 minutes to cook a simple meal. yeah, I live by myself and I can say it's not that difficult to cook something and leave it on the fridge for tomorrow's meal if you know that the next day you will be too busy or tired to cook.
I mean, dude, plain rice takes only 20 minutes to prepare and when you already have a bowl of rice available you have half of a meal already complete.
Stews take only 30 minutes to complete (yeah, prep and cooking time included) and you can do other stuff while the pot is boiling. Noodles, casseroles, soups, porridges and a long etc do not take more than 30 minutes to prepare, and few things can be more comforting than a home made meal at the end of a long and tiring day dealing with unpleaseant people at your job.
