My configuration presented in pic related puts the video ID at the end of EVERY downloaded file from nico. So for example downloading:
http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm25359482will automatically produce file named:
?MMD????????Tik-Tok????? sm25359482.flv
I guarantee it works with latest JD 2 Beta. If it doesn't work, you are doing it wrong. Feel free to ask so I can help further.
