>>2777515I don't know what your reference is to the last year of (fancervice), but yes, many anime are based on fancervice, the first two examples that come to mind are gifrel(myriad colors phantom world) and Harukana Receive, of course there are many others such as Keijo!!!!!!!! this is not considering 'normal' anime that feature scenes sometimes or long anime such as fairy tail.
