It's not exactly /e/ but it seems like the various character tags that have (cosplay) in them are generating more realistic images in NAI v4. I started using the character slots to separate outfits from characters but this has also been happening. Adding something like "cosplay photo" and "real life" can also help, but trying to do something like misty (pokemon) (cosplay) with the character defined as Dawn (pokemon) gets stuff like this.
