It's from 2013 but it seems almost nobody outside of Japan has seen it, I haven't seen it elsewhere from Nicovideo.
A decent amount of MMD's were made of it at the time, most of which are on Nicovideo and half of them are honestly shit but after that it seems people just forgot about it.
It's one that has potential for something unique rather than just ordinarily reusing the motion, I'd probably make one myself but I can't make MMD because i'm a mac fag.
