You can find the private paradise ini files in the autolink folder under _movie. The ini will tell you what motion file (the .mpm ones in the folders, i.e. _pictorial/covering/christie/christie.mpm).
You pull that file up in MDT and look at the motion groups section. One is title OPT_Face_Root. Select it and then click the adjust button where it says 'face bone pos.'. Then you just use the drop down boxes to go from christie to sarah. Save with a backup and then boot up the game. The face on the character selection screen will be borked but that's because we didnt change those animations.
It sounds more tedious than it is. once you know what you're doing.
