A cell has a chance of becoming cancerous upon exposure to its environment. The risk varies depending on the type of cell or what it is exposed to. That's already well established. The more cells you have, the more cells you have at risk for a malignant change. Bigger breasts have more cells. The American Cancer Society says that the more glandular breast tissue a breast has, the greater the chance of cancer.
