School examinations, there's the classic "I have to disrobe in front of my classmates?"
The "oh no there's a fire we have to hurry no there isn't time to grab your clothes"
Or "Doctor come quick you're needed" and they leave the door open to the room with the naked woman.
And then there's all the variations of the Fake Doctor who's doing this to get girls naked.
Have her undress in one room to do one thing, then say "there's a scale in the other room" and "oh, no need to put on your clothes, it's right across the hall" so she walks through a crowded hall naked. Of course, it's NOT just across the hall. And then he leaves her naked in the second room and goes and disposes of her clothes.
Or any number of other things.
