I tried giving some color hints in MSPaint because I've found the AI works a lot better when it has color to start with, and then used img2img and ControlNet with a prompt to complete the coloring. It as hard to get the denoise settings right to actually color the image while keeping the facial features and details the same though.
Seems like you did a better job keeping the face and details the same though. How did you do that?
