That image is from the Chapter 1 story and is by the name as seen in the filename. The tankoubon aggregate is by Kuuki Kusahara and is named "E.Stage Companions".
The translator for Chapter 1 is "Sei-Jin". I only have chapter 1 and none of the other chapters from the tank.
