Oh sure, you could try to complain (if you can ever find them, that's it) but nothing really can stop the other guy from claiming you are a thief trying to steal from him, and you really have no way to prove you created the videos in the fist place.
Anyone could do this and who knows, maybe some angry people could be doing it right now to get back at you.
