I'm not willing to go through surgery to do so, however, since the result is not true femininity, only the sorta/kinda appearance of such. If, however, there were a magical, supernatural way to instantly change my gender to female, all the way down to the chromosomal level, I'd have done it by now. But there's not, so I'm stuck the way I am, though I rather have it the other way.
I know it sounds like a load of psychobabble, but there it is. Male outside, female inside, can't change either, I'm okay with this.
