It was asking which episode she debutted. Next question looks like it's asking which angel her and Shinji fought in that episode but gaghiel isn't working...

here's the guy's homepage if your'e interested. he has a bunch like this, where he asks you a question and you use the answer to find the next image. either that or he hides the hyperlink in the picture (cheat by looking at the source code).
