1) Western art tends to suck
2) Western art that doesn't suck is usually made by some douchebag artist who thinks their stuff shouldn't be posted on imageboards (even though they posted their stuff on the Internet to be freely downloaded by anyone most of the time) and said artist yells at 4chan staff to remove and stop people from posting their junk.
BONUS REASON) Western art is often furry-centric and/or based on Western cartoons that were never made to look sexy in the first place, meaning their art automatically defaults to shit.
If the western art based on a Japanese show is somewhat good and the artist has been shown to support their posting here (as was the case with this guy who was willingly putting his stuff up on here), mods tend to let it slide.
