The term "Loli" is a slightly shortened version of "Lolicon", which is, in itself, a reference to Vladimir Nabokov's book Lolita, in which a middle-age man becomes sexually obsessed with a twelve-year-old girl.
Having small breasts does not equal 'loli' all the time, but the word 'loli' always refers to Pre-Pubescent, which is not welcome here. Please do not make up definitions of words simply because you can't bother yourself to look them up.
'DFC' (Delicious Flat Chest) is far more in-line to what you're thinking. It's not really my taste, but here, this is among one of the smaller ones in my collection.
