They use digital colouring differently, it usually stands out more than traditional Japanese anime artwork.
As far as drawing fundamentals though, Japan is much more correct and looks cleaner in every way.
Don't forget, Japan invented the anime art style. Koreans have a long way to go.
They caught up in cocktease very quickly though. Not sure if that is something to brag about though.
