I use Picasa 3 from Google. Seems to work fine. If you do use, it a few notes: Don't let it find all the pictures you have on your computer. After you install it go to folder management and change the folders you update to scan always. Other than that it's going to take you forever to do. I'm not even done yet, been tagging for about two months.
