As a frequent visitor to /d and /e, this would probably qualify for both. D would accept it because they're not a bunch of whiney pussies. This would be rather "vanilla", where the definition of "muscle girl" in /d is become ridiculous in terms of muscle build. But E shouldn't mind because it is possible for a woman to achieve that kind of toning.
