I'm guessing that #3 is probably the apex as far as fanservice / nudity goes for the series, since I don't think they can push the envelope much further without it being straight up hentai rather than non-explicit ecchi. I mean, what else is left that could possibly be more risque than two girls bathing? I'm pretty sure "Screwing with Hinako" is out of the question.
Having said that, I'm guessing that #4 will be "Dinner with Hinako," which will focus on table manners and "dating etiquette" (although the accuracy of the latter might be a bit iffy, since Hinako seems to be on the easy end of the spectrum). The potential for fanservice there fairly limited, but knowing this series they'll probably they'll probably have her in a sexy strapless evening gown prone to wardrobe malfunctions.
