I think it may be because, for example, if OP called it a chubby thread then people would go overboard and post /d/-sized landwhales which is usually what happens when a thread is labeled as a chubby thread. However this doesn't seem to happen as much when they're labeled healthy threads.
Regardless, healthy threads should be what healthy used to mean on /e/, which basically just meant curvaceous (big tits, small waist, wide hips). I think people started confusing healthy with chubby because a lot of times in images with curvaceous girls, they may extra weight or a little bit of a belly. But that's just my 2 cents. And here's a chubby for you.
