I was lurking /e/ as I usually do and I started wondering: What program do you suppose is utilized to create most of these pictures?

I heard it's SAI, but that would seem like the easy answer. On that note, what tablet brand do you all suppose the professionals use, or is there some other secret ecchi-developing procedure I don't know about?

I figure this knowledge would benefit the fledgling artists around here that wish to produce some material someday.
