I understand that /e/ is a place for purely women but it is also true that the specific reason some pictures (that only contain women) is because they have some cum on them (take OP's pic as an example). This still meets the criteria for "only women" even if there is a "part" of a man in it. That being said, i agree that seeing someone DRENCHED in cum is something i don't want to see here. The problem lies in what individual people label as "too much." There isn't really a reliable way around that so the judgment would come down to the individual users, or, in most cases, the individual feelings of the moderator that is watching at the time.
In summery: Some cum should be OK, even welcomed if it really adds to the picture, but anything excessive should really be kept out. Excessive is an opinionated word but i think we can all say to ourselves that if it looks like a lot, its probably too much.
