And yeah, the rules of /h/ have always been enforced on /e/ just the same as on /d/ and /u/. If you have a problem with that, email moot.
Just use some common sense, /e/ is the softcore off-shot of /h/, so obviously those rules apply as well. Along with some other unwritten rules that are enforced as well (such as "no male presence on /e/, not even soft-core" for instance).
