... or what exactly do u mean by making examples themselves? drawing two almost identical pictures side by side right from the start?
if so, then doing it would take so much more time and effort, but I guess you could draw the elements you want to pop or sink on the left pic a little bit bigger/smaller and a bit off by a few millimeters to left or right.
