"Real" does not soley describe things from reality.
The phrase "Real women have pubic hair" means that an accurate depiction of a full-grown woman should have pubic hair on it. That is all.
Personally, I'm sick and tired of seeing artwork designed to look like 13 year olds with big tits. Its boring, and more mature looking women are a much bigger turn on.
