In the altered scale of anime, there's flat (same as IRL), small (similar), average (a little bigger than IRL), and big (fairly bigger than IRL but not leagues bigger). Big is common to the point that I almost wish there was a step past that makes it seem more casual. But I understand this would be bad, as it would lead to further desensitization and then we'd get "People say the ones reaching down to her knees are gigantic, but they haven't seen the ones that touch the floor." The attached image for me is gigantic, but that's because I'm desensitized.
