>>1390548Not OP, but there isn't really any "set" way to de-censor something, but as a general rule of thumb...
1) Eliminate the censored area with matching colours/textures/tones from the surrounding area. Clone tool or Healing Brush or redraw by hand...whatever works best.
2) Using the same line style as the rest of the picture, redraw what was missing. This is obviously the "hard" part if you don't really know how things should look (proper angles, etc).
My advice? Practice. It isn't a half-bad way to learn about touching up pictures/photos. The same skillset goes into de-censoring as does any other photo edit.
