Saya is the one with the glasses (megane) and twintail helmet. It's amusing that the staff of High School of the Dead puts in non-sequitor things like helmets that allow someone to wear twintails (especially with military regulation hair length). The glasses are definitely worn by Saya in the anime series as she touches them from time to time to adjust them or remove them. Too many other shows with glasses just slap them on never to worry about them falling off despite 3G or more turns and impacts (that will definitely get the glasses off your face) which means the staff didn't really care about the character having glasses.
