At the begining kaede had nice boobs, but had them slashed away as punishment for helping Chifusa. Kaede escapes and joins Chifusa on her journey. kaede misses her boobs and is envious of Chifusas whos boobs keep getting bigger.
In volume 5 Chifusa uses a technique to transfer her own boobs to another chick in a fight. The chick she was fighting hated boobs and loved her DFC.
Im guessing in volume 6 kaede begs chifusa to use the move on her so she can have boobs again, but being Kaede she probably wants way bigger ones than she originally had.
