Reverse trap implies that not only is male the default sex, but that female is the opposite way to go for gender (/d/ would disagree with you).
It's like saying 'Reverse racism'. People say it when black people are being racist towards white people, but that's implying that you cannot be racist to a white person as a different race, that instead it's a 'special' type of racism with its own clause, which is entirely racist in itself.
