Anime bodies (in general) are straight up unrealistic: impossibly long limbs, impossibly narrow bodies, impossibly large heads, impossibly formed/shaped/sized boobs/hips/asses, etc.
Rozenweapon's character designs are a little different. While they're still technically "anime bodies," they don't really stray from natural proportions in any meaningful way. Now, that's not to say that real-life women who precisely fit these designs are in any way common. As a whole, they are decidedly uncommon. However, they're not impossible. Boobs aside, the majority of the subjects of his pics lay solidly in the realms of possible and common. Go anywhere where there are large quantities of people and just watch them for a few minutes. You'll see several women (again, boobs aside) that are similarly shaped. As for the boobs... oh sure, they're above average in size and uncommonly perky to a degree, but not impossible.
So yeah. as far as "anime bodies" go, Rozenweapon's designs are about as realistic as you can get.
