Kind of an odd mix, but if you're into the whole "women tied up" thing, there's this series of graphic novels called Empowered that pretty much is the heroine being tied up in situations like that. It's Western, but the creator has a very anime-ish style to his work (he did some of the art for Gen13 and such, if you're into comics and familiar with that.)
I'd post an image or two, but seeing as it's against the rules, I'll just trust you to give it a look over and see if it's your thing. It actually has a decent plot that kind of pops up throughout the series eventually, think there's been about 7 volumes released so far?
