The problem is, a lot of the fetish art... really, some things just are NOT done by japanese. Transgender and transformation are some of the bigger ones. Thankfully the mod there understands this, and lets the rules lax when it comes to the hard to find subjects.
Really and truely, the only posts that get nuked there are blatent spam, /b raids, and request without content.
I've been having to deal with /h a lot lately though, it's become the /b of the various H boards. Which means it needs to be cleaned out a lot. Unfortunately, we had to deal with, and are still dealing with reportfag. At Reportfag's instance, I talked to moot, and had some rules worked out. He's still there, but when he starts getting into shit fits with others, we can report him right back.
/E is much more sedate. The artwork is great, but... sometimes I wanna see more from these pics. Also, this board is so slow, that threads can last for months here. which is both good and bad.
