Just remember, search terms are "single-word entries," so to find something like large breasts, it's not "large breasts" (as that looks for tags of "large" and "breasts,") it's "large_breasts." So a woman with, say, red hair and glasses, you would want to type in (minus the quotation marks) "red_hair glasses"
