>>1488337Not OP here but this is a technique called replace color, and it's actually REALLY friggin' easy. The only problem is that it doesn't quite work on pics with characters wearing flesh-colored clothing or pink hair. For those, you'll have to manually replace color with the magic wand.
Image Menu > Adjustments > Replace Color
Checkbox ON "localized color clusters"
You have an eyedropper tool, which will select on color. You can use an additional eyedropper tool to add more colors (or less colors) to the selected areas.
There will be a slider at the bottom with Hue and Saturation with a color picker box. Mess with it until you get the proper color you want.
Hit Save to make a preset template that will automatically do that for you for other pictures.
You can mess with image adjustment menus for any final adjustments and then you're done.
Most of this is stuff you learn in a medium level digital photography class.
