Chouko is the typical high school bully. She comes from money, and believes that her status makes her better than the other students. She manipulates those who look up to her into doing her bidding, and punishes those who don't obey her. She hates men who stare at her with lust more than anything else, and will even have her female underlings accuse them of molesting them if she hates them enough. She isn't afraid to use her status and power to get what she wants, and she wants everything. Above all else though, she wants the undying loyalty and respect of every student on campus. Even teachers are afraid of her.
Her deep brown eyes look down on everyone. Her long, thick, brown hair often earn the jealousy of other girls. Her measurements are: Bust 92 cm, Waist 62 cm, Hips 92 cm (close to what the Japanese consider perfect).
Despite her attitude, she genuinely does regret that no boy she likes seems to like her in return. She can't afford to show any sort of weakness though, so it's assumed by everyone that she has no attraction to men at all.
