I don't think u guys should be complaining.
I have around 250 doujin covers saved and if the title wasn't on the image/file name, guess what? I didn't bother to save it.
he probably did the same thing and copy pasta the files into his cover folder.
while I believe most of mine do have a name due to being extracted from rar files with names, I'm sure that's not the case for every doujin out there.
