i know many of you are desperate for seaon 3, and i'll explain why it's not out yet:
The Anime "Rosario + Vampire" in based on the Original Manga, so the Anime verision comes out efter the Manga is released; and this is why Season 3 of the Anime is not out yet. they've not made season 3 yet because season 2 of the manga isn't finnished yet! I read the manga online, and season 2 has 53 "episodes" so far, and there'sa new one every month, but you can tell that the end of season 2 is close.. i don't know when season 3 will be made, but it won't be too long, i promoise!
There are a few more things that have afected the production of the manga/Anime, but i'll let this ideo explain it:
