In my efforts to find a better way to export characters, I have hit a wall.
Right now we have image bios that are painstakingly hard to make and painstakingly hard to copy.
I have been able to transport characters from one computer to another (as shown in the attached image, all of these characters are from my other computer)
But of course it overwrites your other saves in your game. Every time you make a new save, your entire saved file is updated with all of the saves on your save menu. Meaning, you can get other people's saves on your computer, but in the process you will lose your saves. Obviously an undesirable result.
Knowing this, I've been trying to find a way to make changes to the .sol file (Found in C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\<RANDOMNUMBERS>\
pochi.x.fc2.com\k_kisekae2.swf)
However, the issue is, there are no good .sol editors on the web, and Flash can't edit them either.
The closest I've gotten is .minerva .sol editor, which would be decent if you wanted to copy individual values over, but not if you wanted to copy an object with hundreds of values over. Because you can't. You can edit values, but not the structure of the actual .sol file.
I'm not code-savvy enough to whip up my own sort of .sol editor, so I extend a plea to you, /e/.
Can someone figure out a good way to edit .sol file objects?
Note: .sol Editor and solVE both do not open the .sol files in question.
