Every episode takes every opportunity possible to show big, jiggling tits, not to mention that copious amounts of breast sucking is central to the plot (such as it is).
Pick it up wherever you want, but if you somehow actually care about what passes for a plot, you should start from the beginning, otherwise nothing will make a bit of sense.
