Once you agonize your way through it, you can make different choices to get to the UBW route which lets you get Rin.
Finish that, make some new choices and you get the Heaven`s Feel Route which is Sakura.
Honestly, Saber's route wasn't the best one for me, but that's only because I knew what was going on already. Ignoring that, it'd be hard to choose between any of the three routes.
Enjoyed the UBW route since Archer basically gets to have an *Oh shit... I fucked up big time* moment.
Can't remember if it was UBW or HF that had Archer using his Ultimate Shield and Lancer going epic or not.
