You are assuming that anyone else you sleep with is going to be "better" than your fianceé is, which is a bad idea.
To put it another way - with a wife who loves you the both of you can work at having more satisfying sex over time. I have been with my wife for seven years and if I never would have imagined the things we do now for "normal" sex compared to what we did when we first met.
With strangers or one-offs, you gamble. Do they know what you like? What are they up for? Do they act and talk they are an amazing sex goddess but when it comes time to get busy they are just akward?
Loving wife > one-timers. Note that I don't think any less of people with "open marriages" - what people do on their own time isn't my fucking business but I do disagree with the "quantity over quality" approach.
