If you liked Rosario + Vampire, try Maburaho.

Otherwise, I would say try R-15 or Demon King Daimao.

(Demon King Daimao is super rushed at the end; oh well, I still enjoyed it)

Horizon on The Middle of Nowhere.
It's not total ecchi, and the storyline is pretty heavy and confusing, but
- Dat high technology.
- Dat fanservice. Flat chests, huge breasts and elaborate hairstyles everywhere.

The zany misadventures of the school's swimming club and how they try to win the championship before the older members graduate and retire.

It includes slapstick comedy, romance, very likeable characters, lots of fan service AND fan disservice and a cute protagonist who loves water and likes to swim naked as much as she can (she's like a fucking TORPEDO underwater, the first time she tried swimming in a pool she nearly broke her skull open because she ran out of pool on a few seconds)

Oh and the male protagonist is a hammer who can't swim for shit because of a childhood trauma.

The DVD version is less censored (the bodies aren't blurred during underwater scenes) but the words are still covering some bits, because that's a visual gag from the original manga.

Amuro can be fully seen in the first episode of the DVD release though.
