The constitution maeks it illegal for pictures of genitalia to be distributed uncensored, but this basically applies to anything being sold in a market large enough for anyone to care. This would be sold on amazon to a handful of people, and the picture is posted in a blog. Barely anyone, especially the police, care. it's like music sharing in the U.S.; it's illegal but nobody gives a crap about it.
