konachan.com it has a shit ton ecchi, hentai, etc. on it. There's a search bar that you can use to search for specifics, like "catgirl" or "uncensored" or "blonde_hair" and, to refine your search, you can separate individual categories by spaces, like "blonde_hair blue_eyes"
