Height helps. I cap my girls at 75 Height and 75 Torso length. Anything higher I reserved for men and Non-human races.
Only use breast option 1. Decrease the size of the nipples and move them slightly down and out.
Sliders for Arm, Leg, and Shoulder width will be strictly higher than for women. But don't feel like you have to max them out. Bust slider can vary. Zero-out the hip slider. Waists 3 and 6 work best. Obviously, the wide waist with abs is the most masculine, but not all men have developed abdominals. I like to give them slightly larger heads than women, but only by a small amount since it makes the neck proportionally smaller.
Turn off the dimples on the Skintone tab (10/10). Use any face shape but 3, sharper chins look more masculine. You can use the sliders to narrow and lengthen the face.
I use eyebrows 2, 5, or 8 when I make males. Look for narrower eyes as opposed to round ones. Giving them a more prominent nose than you give your girls can also make them stand out.
Shorter hair is more masculine, but realistically, men can grow whatever hair they want, so don't limit yourself. It does help though, if you're looking at your husbando wondering what you can do to make him look less like a waifu, a trip to the barber might help.
Another subjective option is to use darker colors. Again, men can wear bright yellow if they so choose, but most seem to prefer not to.
Last but not least, the "Male" tab. Do whatever makes you happy when it comes to this tab.
