To give another example, if I sell a $15 dollar book to OP, what was the value of the book? The answer is NOT $15, the answer is dependent on the frame of reference.
- If I sold the book for $15, then to me, the value of the book cannot be no more than $14.99.
- If OP bought the book for $15, then the book is necessarily worth more than $15 to him. Otherwise he would not have parted with his $15.
The drawings are worth different amounts to different people. Charge whatever you think your time and art is worth even if no one wants to pay it; that doesn't make it any less valuable.
