These threads are for posting pics that were recently posted on their sources such as Pixiv or the artist's website. "Recently" can be up to 2-3 weeks. The thread is not just for me, anyone can post in it as long as it adheres to these rules. However if there's another thread on /e/ that is more relevant to the picture you have, you should post it there.
