I've made some pretty odd faces during orgasm (especially with a showerhead, which is usually so intense it hurts.) but never crying, and never scrunched-face. If anything, the face in OP's post is riiiiight before a slightly painful orgasm. Minus the tears, I have no idea why that's there.
